Wild Pines Farm is a small farm in Union, South Carolina. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order, buy a subscription or buy event tickets, we receive your name, email address, phone number and, if you ask for delivery, your delivery address. If you choose pickup, we also keep the day and time you picked. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's own privacy policy explains how it handles them.

How we use it

We use your information to fill your order, arrange pickup or delivery, send your receipt, tickets and any change to your order, and answer questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the services that make the above possible: Stripe for payments, an email delivery service for receipts and tickets, and our website host and file storage.

Cookies

This site uses the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that remembers your shopping cart and your pickup choice. We use no advertising cookies.

If a cookie banner appears, you can accept or decline analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find the farm; Google receives your usage data and IP address (shortened) for that purpose and nothing is used for advertising. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics run and the site works the same. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep order and ticket records for as long as we need them to run the farm and meet tax and bookkeeping requirements. Other messages are kept until they are no longer useful.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to [email protected] or calling or texting (864) 441-9895.
